A Sustainable Farm is a Child

To thrive, a child must not only be managed, but it must also be nurtured

Our Management Philosophy

At Seven Springs Farm Winery, Inc., we are committed to sustainability, quality, and community. Our management philosophy is rooted in responsible land stewardship, regenerative agriculture, and eco-conscious production practices that ensure the long-term health of our vineyard, orchards, and surrounding ecosystem.

We believe in fostering a workplace culture of integrity, innovation, and collaboration, empowering our team to uphold excellence in food production, wine making and distillation. Through sustainable farming methods, minimal intervention techniques, and locally sourced ingredients, we craft premium foods, wines and spirits that reflect our commitment to both tradition and progress.

Our farm is more than a business—it is a legacy of sustainability, a place where nature, craftsmanship, and community come together. We continuously strive to minimize our environmental impact while creating authentic experiences for our customers and meaningful partnerships within our region.

By balancing profitability with purpose, we ensure that Seven Springs Farm Winery, Inc. remains a thriving, sustainable enterprise for generations to come.

Luella Jane Mozingo
President, agriculturalist, wine maker

Born and raised in rural Indiana, Luella has had her "roots" planted firmly in its agricultural community.  She obtained her degree in Marketing from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University while concurrently raising her own family.  She built Seven Springs Farm and operated it as a poultry and egg producer.  Later, she established LJM Associates, Inc., a contractor performing compliance audits for both Gluten Free certification and Organic Certification for producers, processors, and handlers.  She, along with Nick Cinquegranna, co-founded SFV Holdings, an agricultural holding and services business.  During her entire adult life Luella enjoyed wine making at home and foraging in her farms' woodlands for unique, entirely natural foods... this personal love for "eating what you grow" added the word "Winery" to her farms name.  Luella is a talented pianist and is on the board of directors of the local library and the board of the library's non-profit foundation.

Nicola Vincenzo Cinquegranna (Nick)
(Nicola Vincent Granny)
VP Operations, engineer, distiller

Nick was born and raised in Pennsylvania, was with the Pennsylvania State Police and then became an officer in the United States Navy.  Unfortunately, a shipboard accident ended his Naval career early.  A mechanical, electronic, and computer engineer, he then enjoyed a successful career as both a technologist and senior technology manager with firms from bootstrap startups to the Fortune 100.  A serial entrepreneur, Nick has created and harvested four technology-based ventures with SFV Holdings and Seven Springs Farm Winery (along with Luella Mozingo) being his fifth and sixth new ventures.  Nick is a sailor, chef, woodworker, mechanic, musician, and bad golfer.  He invented a processing system that dramatically accelerates the maturation of distilled spirits and brings that knowledge to our distillery.  He is also a member of the local library board of directors and is the president of the library's non-profit foundation.  The two names thing... while his birth certificate reads "Nicola Granny" he is proudly a first generation Italian American and is transitioning back to his family's real name (Cinquegranna) and the Italian spelling of his middle name.
