At Seven Springs Farm Winery, Inc., we take pride in delivering high-quality farm products, wines, spirits, and artisanal foods. Please review our shipping and returns policies before placing an order.
Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to the "lower 48" states EXCEPT: CA, OR, WA, NY, MA.
- We DO NOT ship any products to any country other than the USA.
- Due to regulations, we may not be able to ship alcohol to certain locations. Please check local laws before ordering.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be longer.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, package size(s), destination, and selected shipping method.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2 business days
- Local Pickup (if available): By appointment only (appointment page).
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot ship perishable food products or alcohol to P.O. Boxes or restricted states/countries.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws regarding alcohol shipments.
- An adult (21+) with valid identification must be present to receive alcohol shipments.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors.
- If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, some items may not be returnable:
✅ Eligible for Returns:
- Non-perishable food items, merchandise, or unopened shelf-stable goods within 2 business days of delivery.
- Incorrect or defective items (must be reported within 2 days of delivery).
❌ Not Eligible for Returns:
- Perishable food items (fresh produce, dairy, meats, etc.).
- Opened wine, spirits, or other alcohol products due to legal restrictions.
- Custom or special-order items.
2. Return Process
- Contact us at returns@sevensprings.farm within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and details about the issue (photos may be required).
- If approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
3. Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refund processing time: 2-5 business days after approval (depends on the card issuing bank).
- Exchanges may be available for damaged or incorrect items, subject to inventory availability.
4. Cancelations & Order Modifications
- Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.
- Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes.
