Our Shipping and Returns Policy

We do not ship any of our products to: CA, OR, WA, NY, MA.

At Seven Springs Farm Winery, Inc., we take pride in delivering high-quality farm products, wines, spirits, and artisanal foods. Please review our shipping and returns policies before placing an order.


Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to the "lower 48" states EXCEPT: CA, OR, WA, NY, MA.
  • We DO NOT ship any products to any country other than the USA.
  • Due to regulations, we may not be able to ship alcohol to certain locations. Please check local laws before ordering.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be longer.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, package size(s), destination, and selected shipping method.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Standard Shipping: 5 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2 business days
    • Local Pickup (if available): By appointment only (appointment page).

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship perishable food products or alcohol to P.O. Boxes or restricted states/countries.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws regarding alcohol shipments.
  • An adult (21+) with valid identification must be present to receive alcohol shipments.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors.
  • If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, some items may not be returnable:
Eligible for Returns:

  • Non-perishable food items, merchandise, or unopened shelf-stable goods within 2 business days of delivery.
  • Incorrect or defective items (must be reported within 2 days of delivery).

Not Eligible for Returns:

  • Perishable food items (fresh produce, dairy, meats, etc.).
  • Opened wine, spirits, or other alcohol products due to legal restrictions.
  • Custom or special-order items.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact us at returns@sevensprings.farm within 2 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and details about the issue (photos may be required).
  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions.
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refund processing time: 2-5 business days after approval (depends on the card issuing bank).
  • Exchanges may be available for damaged or incorrect items, subject to inventory availability.

4. Cancelations & Order Modifications

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes.
