Currently our small flock cannot fully support the demand for our eggs.  They're such great eggs that they sell out within hours of our delivering them to retailers that carry them.

We are increasing our flock by purchasing baby chicks in early April 2025.  But, it takes time, 5-6 months, before the chicks are mature hens laying eggs.

We're working hard at thos so that more of you can enjoy organically managed, pasture raised, unwashed chicken eggs.  We hope to have our new hens and "pasture coops" in production by late September 2025.
