We're in the home stretch in setting up our new distillery.

With our brandy, whiskey, and rum, you'll enjoy the flavor and bouquet of long-term aged spirits without the cost associated with traditional barrel aging.  We invented and use an "accelerated maturation" system that does in just a few days what it takes nature many years to accomplish.

Soon you'll be able to visit our winery/distillery and off-farm tasting rooms to purchase spirits directly from us.  We will also be placing our spirits at selected retailers within Indiana.  For residents of Florida, Hawaii, Kentucky, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, West Virginia and Washington DC you will be able to order (online) a "sampler" of our spirits for tasting and then order (online) any of our spirits for shipment directly to the consumer.  Remaining states do not allow shipment of spirits directly to the consumer.

We anticipate starting shipment in early autumn 2025.
