Mafia (Sunday) Gravy
Traditionally, Mafia (Sunday) gravy has meatballs and chunks of medium Italian sausage. To make a complete dinner all you need to do is heat-up prepared meatballs (small ones are best) and cook some cut-up sausage. Top cooked pasta (any kind) with the meat balls and sausage then pour over the gravy. Garnish with grated parmesan cheese and you're done.
Note: our gravy is NOT vegan, it contains veal demi-glace.
