Luella and Nicola bring two very different disciplines to Seven Springs Farm. Luella’s agricultural experience keeps their work rooted in the land, the seasons and the practical realities of farming. Nicola’s engineering background brings process design, experimentation and a determination to find better ways of transforming what the farm produces into something exceptional.

Together, they are committed advocates for value-added agriculture: helping small and family-owned farms retain more of the value created by their crops, skills and labor.
