About Seven Springs Farm
Overview
Seven Springs Farm, Inc. is a Rush County, Indiana farm originally established in the mid 1800's and continuously operated as a farm ever since (under various owners). Today we're continuing the agricultural heritage of our farm by adapting to support our next chapter.
We are now following through with our commitment to organic regenerative farming, community involvement, farm-to-table marketing, and development of new AI-based technologies to help other small and family owned farms to be profitable.
Management
Luella Mozingo Luella is our President and Horticulturist. A life-long Indiana farmer she purchased the farm at auction in 1999 and has operated it ever since. She received her degree in Marketing from the Indiana University School of Business and has also enjoyed a successful career as an Organic Farm Inspector. Luella is active in the community as a board member of the Carthage Public Library and the related not-for-profit Library Foundation.
Nicola Cinquegranna Nick is our Vice President and Winemaker/Distiller. He is also the engineering expertise behind our Luigi-II AI-enabled Agricultural Decision Support System for small farms. After his disability separation from the US Navy, Nick has held a 47 year unbroken chain of engineering and engineering management positions from bootstrap startups to the Fortune-100. Nick is also community minded and is a member of the Carthage Public Library board of directors and President of the associated not-for-profit Library Foundation.
The Farm
Seven Springs is a small (32 acre) farm with rolling terrain, streams, a pond, farmhouse, barn, and all the equipment needed to operate it. The winery will open to the public in early autumn of 2026 and the distillery six months later. The farm also serves as the test bed for the Luigi-II system mentioned above.
The New Direction
Our farm currently hosts: Winery and Distillery Operations for our brand Springhouse Reserve Luigi-II AI-enabled agricultural decision management system for small farms.
