Burgundy Truffles
This is the only crop we sell directly from the soil. It's also a crop that takes a very long time to grow. Almost a decade ago we planted the 500+ Hazelnut and Oak trees that form our Truffle Orchard. We anticipate our first harvest to be in late 2026. Our truffle dog finds the truffles, we dig them up, clean them, package them and sell them directly to the customer.

Farm-Grown Ingredients

Most of the crops we grow are not sold as commodities. Instead, after harvest, we process them on-farm and use them to craft our premium wines and distilled spirits. These crops include Bloody Butcher corn, cereal rye, barley, aronia berries, elderberry, cherries, grapes, and apples.
